Welcome to Mary-Go-Round Travel, a blog for people who like to travel or plan on living overseas.

My name is Mary and I’ve lived in 5 different countries: the United States of America, Germany, Italy, Chile, and Japan. I love to try and learn new things while traveling. I am currently living in Japan, and loving it!

If you also love to travel, or plan to move overseas and don’t know where to start, you’re in the right place! I’m here to share my experiences traveling and living overseas, including what I eat, where I visit, and what I do in my spare time.

As I first started out working overseas, I realized the resources I wanted just weren’t out there. There were things I needed to know that were too “obvious” for others to consider sharing. So, now that I have a bit of experience, I’ve decided to create them and post them here.
